The TECH PAC BLACKOUT in all-black construction has the same functionality as our original TECH PAC but this bag comes with innovative V-SWAP removeable and exchangeable Tool and Meter pocket panels to allow for customization. Severeal additional V-SWAP panels are available and sold separately.
