Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched the same working day if placed by 3pm Mon-Fri. Generally we do our best to make sure all items are dispatched within 24 hours.

 

SHIPPING 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. However, please note some items may incur an additional shipping surcharge depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. If this is the case, a invoice will be sent for the additional shipping.

INTERNATIONAL AND NON-MAINLAND DELIVERY
For all international and non-mainland UK orders please send an email to sales@toolstoredirect.co.uk for a delivery quote.

ORDER NOT ARRIVED?
Occasionally items can get lost in the post. We ask that you please wait 7 days before contacting us regarding a delivery that hasn't arrived. After that time please email us on sales@toolstoredirect.co.uk and let us know, we will do our best to chase it up for you or issue a replacement if possible.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS
Multiple failed delivery attempts may incur a charge to arrange redelivery for the following reasons:

  • Incomplete delivery address provided during checkout.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided during checkout.
  • No answer at delivery address provided.
