For all international and non-mainland UK orders please send an email to sales@toolstoredirect.co.uk for a delivery quote.
ORDER NOT ARRIVED?
Occasionally items can get lost in the post. We ask that you please wait 7 days before contacting us regarding a delivery that hasn't arrived. After that time please email us on sales@toolstoredirect.co.uk and let us know, we will do our best to chase it up for you or issue a replacement if possible.
UNDELIVERED PARCELS
Multiple failed delivery attempts may incur a charge to arrange redelivery for the following reasons:
- Incomplete delivery address provided during checkout.
- Incorrect delivery address provided during checkout.
- No answer at delivery address provided.
