A site-tough routing jig with interchangeable templates to cut lock & face-plate recesses in timber doors. Steel construction and tool-free setup deliver speed and accuracy. Ideal for all popular mortice sash locks, dead locks and tubular latches from leading ironmongery brands.

• Steel Construction for maximum strength, durability and accuracy.
• Full-Length Fence secured with three locking levers adjusts the jig quickly and securely for all doors between 34mm and 58mm thick.
• Thumb-Turn Quick-Release Clamps with non-marring pads, secure the jig quickly and easily.
• 20 Interchangeable Templates to fit all common lock case (8 templates) and face plates (12 templates).
• Centering Insert ensures jig is perfectly positioned on any door
• Guide Bush Collar converts the GB160 (supplied with Trend Hinge Jigs) to a 30mm Guide Bush, minimising setup time.
• Reference Chart provides quick reference between templates and lock sizes
• 2mm Height Spacers can be adjusted to accommodate different guide bush spigots.
• Requires: router (½”/12mm collet with 80mm plunge), cutter (½”/12mm shank x 12mm cut diameter x 63mm cut length) and guide bush (30mm diameter x 6mm spigot).
